Red Door Spa Evokes Luxurious
History of Historic Property
Grand Heritage Hotel Group, LLC, one of the nation’s
premier owner/operators of upscale, historic hotels
has announced its partnership with Elizabeth Arden Inc.
(Nasdaq: RDEN), for the construction of a Red Door Spa
to complete the final phase of renovation at its prestigious
Providence Biltmore Hotel.
The addition of the spa will cap off the final phase
of more than $12 million in renovations, which have
been done over the past three years to restore the hotel
to its original glamour, for which it is world famous.
Elizabeth Arden has invested over $400 per square foot
to design a two-story spa that will capture an era when
luxury and service drew only the most discerning guests
to the Biltmore.
