The Providence Biltmore a Curio Collection by Hilton is currently accepting applications for a Full Time Revenue Analyst. This position will be responsible to maximize total sales and revenue penetration, RevPar index growth, meet and exceed individual and team goals as it relates to budget through proper management of inventories and public space through analytical and technical knowledge of hotel reservation system, sales and catering management system and front office system.
This position is responsible for recommending sales strategies, room mix, catering contribution, and pricing through comprehensive and updated analysis. Responsible for forecasting and reporting support. Help establish proper rates through competitive shops, help set group ceilings, target rates.
Build and enter group / contract blocks as well as monitor, control all reservations against block units.
Effectively communicate all inventory levels to help the overall strategy of the hotel to maximize RevPar and hotel goals.
Compile data, analyze trends, and communicate to all departments week, month/year end forecasts to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to provide quality guest service while minimizing expenses.
Know comp set and recommend all pricing and sales strategies through analysis of rate shopping tool conduct comprehensive pricing review to ensure the proper mix of group/transient and catering. Make price recommendation restrictions.
Assist in developing, implementing, monitoring and controlling all Hotel reporting and forecasting including the budget and marketing plans to assist in meeting/exceeding the overall Hotel goals
Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise well organized way.
The Revenue Analyst reports directly to the Director of Revenue Management.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum of two years hotel supervisory or management experience with a minimum of six months revenue management or related experience required.
Analytical and technical skill required
Working knowledge of reservations, front office, sales, catering, and Excel to take full advantage of revenue opportunities
Forecasting and creative revenue management abilities needed. Revenue management skill required to evaluate business trends and communicate to properties the recommendations needed to take full advantage of revenue maximization

The Banquet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the execution of assigned banquet events to ensure optimum performance, superior guest service, and maximum profitability of all functions; maintaining quality, service, and operating standards as established by brand to ensure quality and consistency; adhering to federal, state and local regulations concerning health safety or other compliance requirements and serving as Banquet Manager in his/her absence. The Banquet Supervisor will be expected to back up the Banquet Manager in processing payroll, producing schedules based on functions scheduled, train new hires, ensure TIPs certifications are valid.
The Banquet Supervisor must be able to work flexible shifts as dictated by business demands to include weekends, holidays and most evening events. This position will require previous Banquet experience to include serving / Banquet Captain experience as well as previous Supervisory Experience.

Full Time Banquet Housemen
The Banquet Houseperson is responsible for setting up, breaking down, cleaning and refreshing banquet function spaces in a timely manner according to specifications. This position requires the ability to work independently, read and follow floor plans, work nights, overnights, weekends and holidays if needed.
Front Office Manager
The Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Front Office, Guest Service, Night Audit and Supervisors, in an attentive, friendly, professional, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. It is the responsibility of the Front Office Manager to train and coach all team members on the expectations of the front desk, promote a service culture of enhanceing the guest experience and making memorable moments. Ensuring the Desk Staff is aware of business goals, Universal Service Standards, HHonors programs, groups/events in house and Universal Standard Behaviors. The Front Office Manager reports directly to the General Manger and oversees Supervisors, Guest Service Agents, Guest Service Coordinators and Night Audit.
Education & Experience:
- At least 4 years progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; with a four-year college degree
- Supervisory experience and customer service experience required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft products including Excel, Outlook, Word. OnQ PMS experience highly desired.
Banquet Server - On Call
The Providence Biltmore is currently seeking experienced On-Call Banquet Servers. The Banquet Server is responsible for the prompt, courteous and efficient service of food & beverage to guests at banquet functions. Upon hire on-call the on-call banquet server must have proof of TIPs Certification. Applicants must have the ability to work night and weekend events as needed.

Director of Engineering
The Director of Engineering is responsible for all administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel as they directly relate to the Engineering Department. Provides a high level of property maintenance knowledge as well as project management knowledge as it relates to major/minor renovations. This position has overall responsibility for maintaining the building, and overseeing renovation projects. Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation. Develops and implements strategies that well deliver products and services, which meet or exceed the needs and expectations of guests and employees while maximizing the financial performance. Responsible for maintaining standards and regulatory requirements.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED; 6 years experience in the engineering and maintenance area with a concentration in renovation management, technical training in HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing.
- 2 year degree from an accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major; 4 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; project management experience; technical training in HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing.
