Concierge - Part Time
The Providence Biltmore a Curio Collection by Hilton is currently seeking an experienced full-time and part-time Hotel Concierge. This position requires extensive knowledge with regard to Providence, its surrounding areas, the arts, restaurant recommendations, things to do in the area as well as upcoming events. This position must have outstanding guest relation experience, ability to work long hours, and ensure that the guest is satisfied with the Hotel, amenities and services provided.
Shifts for this position will vary between 9-5:30pm 10am - 7:30pm and 3pm - 11pm. Must be proficient with computers, Wordexperience.

The Providence Biltmore a Curio Collection by Hilton is currently seeking applications for a full time Housekeeping Houseperson. The Housekeeping Houseperson is responsible to assist the Room Attendants with items needed for the room - cots, roll-aways etc. as well as to make delvieries to the guest rooms with additional items. The housekeeping Houseperson is responsible to keep all public space on the guest floors clean, clean up spills and keep closets full with amenities. The Housekeeping Houseperson is also responsible to accept housekeeping supply deliveries, and put them items away in an organized and neat fashion. The Housekeeping Houseperson is required to work days, weekends and holidays. Must be able to lift, push, pull upwards of 100lbs as well as to stand, walk, twist, pull and push as needed. Valet Attendant - Part Time
The primary duties of the Valet Attendant are to park and retrieve cars in an efficient and courteous manner. The Valet Attendant is responsible for helping guests into and out of their cars and for prompt delivery of cars.
Education & Experience: High School Diploma required. Experience in a hotel or related field preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license for applicable state (satisfactory driving record required). Extensive knowledge of local corporate centers and attractions, special events, etc. Ability to operate a manual transmission. Extensive knowledge of car alarm systems. Candidates must be able to work a variety of shift to include days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Night Auditor - Part Time
The Night Auditor works Friday and Saturday from 11pm - 7am. This person is greeting our guests at the Front Desk as well as running end of day reporting, posting to guest accounts, reconsiling the daily business and reporting out to the Staff. This position requires the ability to multi-task, deal with difficult situations and guests, high attention to detail, able to troubleshoot and ask questions when unsure of the way the system is or is not performing.
This position reports to the Accounting Department as well as the Front Office.
Minimum of a HS Diploma for this position. Highly prefer hotel experience as a desk agent / night auditor.

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for providing every guest with the superior level of service excellence as established by the hotel. They are responsible for ensuring positive and friendly guest relations, answering telephones and booking appointments accurately. They must check in spa guests courteously and efficiently, process all payments according to spa requirements, provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors and interact cooperatively with all other spa employees.
This is a full time position - must be able to work a flexible schedule which will include day shifts, evening shifts, weekends and most holidays.

Front Desk Supervisor
The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for the smooth operation of the front office, and for insuring that all standard operating procedures pertinent to the Front Office are followed; also responsible for working shifts and acting as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
Cook - Part Time
The primary function of the Cook is to prepare high quality food to order for guest based on established guidelines. The Cook is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of made-to-order items on the line. High School Diploma, culinary training, and line experience required. This position requires availability at night, weekends and holidays.
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for maintaining the highest levels of quality, cleanliness, guest service, team member satisfaction, and fiscal responsibility by supporting the Director of Housekeeping. Assist the Director of Housekeeping in the overall management of the housekeeping department including clear communication of all relevant shift information and operational information for the future.
- Minimum three years Housekeeping supervisory experience
- Minimum education level: high school graduate or equivalent necessary.
- Preferred education level: College graduate or completion of relevant hospitality courses and/or certification classes.
- Ability to successfully, verbally communicate, read and write in English with both guests and hotel colleagues. Communication skills in Spanish, are desirable.
- Good computer knowledge including Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook (or other similar email), ONQ PMS experience strongly preferred.
- Labor relations experience a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule which includes weekends and holidays.
Banquet Server - On Call
The Providence Biltmore is currently seeking experienced On-Call Banquet Servers. The Banquet Server is responsible for the prompt, courteous and efficient service of food & beverage to guests at banquet functions. Upon hire on-call the on-call banquet server must have proof of TIPs Certification. Applicants must have the ability to work night and weekend events as needed.

Steward - Part Time
The Providence Biltmore is currently accepting applicaitons for a Steward - On Call. The main function of the Steward is to ensure the cleanliness of the food and beverage space including the kitchen and store rooms. They are responsible for operating all dishwashing equipment to sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, pots, pans, glass, and cutlery. Licensed Massage Therapist (Part Time)
The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing consistent, professional massage and body treatments compliant with Spa protocols and practices. They must also uphold the standards of hygiene and sterilization as directed by law and the Spa’s policies and procedures.
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the property and guest rooms of the hotel are maintained in the best possible condition, with the least inconvenience to guests. The Engineer is expected to perform routine maintenance and mechanical repair duties, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers and carpentry.
Banquet Bartender - On Call
The Banquet Bartender is required to mix and serve beverages according to established company standards and local laws, to guests at a banquet function. The Banquet Bartender is responsible for fulfilling the beverage needs of banquet guests in a timely and polite manner. The Banquet Bartender is also accountable for liquor issued to him or her, and for receiving payment for drinks.
- High School Diploma and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Previous bartending experience strongly preferred.
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
