Guest Service Agent
The Guest Service Agent is responsible for the prompt, efficient, courteous check in and check out of guests, maintaining a welcoming attitude, and responding to all guest service questions, requests and needs throughout a guest’s stay. They are also responsible for collecting monies for services rendered during a guest’s stay. We are looking for a Guest Service Agent who will be able to embrace our service culture and greet all guest encounters with a warm smile and welcoming personality, while efficiently and effectively meeting guest service expectations.
Night Auditor/Guest Service Agent
The main function of the Guest Service Agent is to check guests into and out of the hotel. The Guest Service Agent must maintain a welcoming attitude and welcome all service questions and requests. The main function of the Night Audit position is to reconcile all hotel cashier transactions, prepare management reports, and to perform front desk duties including check-in, check-out, rooms control and reservations.
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while following company standards and safety procedures, including timely cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms on a daily basis. We are looking for two Room Attendants for our Housekeeping Department who will be able to embrace our service culture and greet all guest encounters with a warm smile and welcoming personality, while efficiently and effectively meeting guest service expectations.
The Rooms Inspector is responsible for ensuring the efficient cleaning of guest rooms by the Housekeeping staff and to inspect their work on a daily basis, to ensure that all guest rooms are ready for guest accommodations. The Inspector also assists the Housekeeping Management staff with daily duties.
Lobby Attendant (Temporary)
The Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive public areas and facilities in the hotel, while following company standards and safety procedures. Public areas include but are not limited to the lobby, fitness center, office spaces, foyer, etc.
Licensed Massage Therapist (Part Time)
The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing consistent, professional massage and body treatments compliant with Spa protocols and practices. They must also uphold the standards of hygiene and sterilization as directed by law and the Spa’s policies and procedures.
Licensed Salon Technician (Part Time)
The Salon Technician is responsible for providing consistent and professional hand, foot and nail treatments compliant with Spa protocols and practices. They must also uphold the standards of hygiene and sterilization as directed by law and the Spa’s policies and procedures. They must possess the service knowledge necessary to provide beauty solutions for our guests.
Spa Receptionist (Part Time and Full Time)
The Spa Receptionist is responsible for providing every guest with the superior level of service excellence as established by the hotel. They are responsible for ensuring positive and friendly guest relations, answering telephones and booking appointments accurately. They must check in spa guests courteously and efficiently, process all payments according to spa requirements, provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors and interact cooperatively with all other spa employees.
Safety and Loss Prevention Officer
Our Safety Officers provide protection for hotel guests, hotel employees, and hotel property. They also provide guests with a sense of comfort and well being by maintaining a level of visibility. With a historic property built in 1922 and a dedication to providing the highest level of guest service excellence, our Safety and Loss Prevention team plays a vital role in our operations.
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the rooms and property are maintained in the best possible condition, with the least inconvenience to guests. The Engineer is expected to perform routine maintenance and repair duties for guest rooms and the rest of the property, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers and carpentry.
