Spa Etiquette

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. This will ensure that you may relax and change and also receive your full experience. You will be asked to fill in a short consultation form upon arrival. Please note that this form is strictly confidential, so please advise us of any medical conditions or prescription medications that may contraindicate your experience.

The Spa is a quiet place. As a courtesy to yourself and other guests, please turn off all cell phones.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to any valuables. Should you feel the need to bring valuables with you to the spa, please keep them with you during all services.

Please note that we do have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Failure to appear for your appointment will result in a charge of the full treatment price.

For your convenience, a 20% gratuity is added on to each service.

Please note that we feel all of our therapists are well trained in each modality as well as sensitive to the guest's needs. Should you have a gender preference, please make that known to the Spa Concierge upon booking.

The Spa welcomes guests of any age. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Complimentary valet parking is available to all guests.
